Residence phases, resort amenity access, resale, and how to see them, at the base of Camelback.

Ascent at The Phoenician (Updated Q4 2026)

By Clayton Wolfe, Partner at The Agency · Published November 2, 2026 · Last updated November 2, 2026

The short answer

I'm Clayton Wolfe, Partner at The Agency in Scottsdale, and I represent buyers and sellers at Ascent at The Phoenician. This is a gated community at the base of Camelback Mountain, next to The Phoenician resort.

The developer is Replay Destinations, which assembled the land next to the resort; Cullum Homes built the first single-family phase. The community was planned at roughly 195 properties, a mix of condominiums and golf villas.

Residents can join the Phoenician Amenity Access Program for resort pools, fitness, and preferred pricing on golf, spa, and dining. The appeal is a new, gated, resort-adjacent home at the mountain base.

What the portals will not lay out is how the phases differ, which decides what you are actually buying.

Resort amenity and ownership structure

Ascent owners can opt into the Phoenician Amenity Access Program, which provides access to resort pools and fitness and preferred pricing on golf, spa, and dining. That access is a program tied to ownership, not an automatic inclusion, so confirm current terms and cost.

As a newer, phased community, Ascent has condominium and single-family ownership forms side by side, each with its own association structure. Read the disclosure packet for the specific residence so you know the ownership form, the dues, and what the resort program adds.

Resale, my current listing, and how to tour

Resale history. Resale activity at Ascent is public record, and the community has reported strong new-residence sales. Rather than name specific units, I keep current and recent closings in my search; the resale table is a pending add once the full closed-sale history is confirmed. For broader market context, see the Paradise Valley home prices by neighborhood page.

My current listing. I have a current listing at Ascent at The Phoenician. For the specific residence, pricing, and a private tour, start the conversation or see my listings. I will add the residence details to this page once it is live in the feed.

How to tour and search. Availability at Ascent moves with the build-out and resale cycle. For an accurate, current list, use my search filtered to the community rather than a portal snapshot.
