Clayton Wolfe is a Partner at The Agency and represents buyers and sellers in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Arcadia. With more than $100M in closed sales, Clayton helps sellers showcase the lifestyle appeal of their homes while guiding buyers to on- and off-market opportunities.

Clayton is a commercially rated pilot and flight instructor with more than 15 years and 2,000+ hours of flight time. Airpark and hangar properties are a natural specialty. He evaluates the runway, the hangar, and the approach firsthand, and speaks with pilots in their own terms. When timing matters, he can arrange charter flights for clients through his relationships with certificated Part 135 charter operators, so a same-day showing across the state is practical.

Clayton serves on the board of Saguaros Children's Charities, a nonprofit of 50 young professionals that raises approximately $2 million each year for organizations supporting Arizona children in need. Since joining in 2021, he has held multiple board positions, including Foundation Treasurer and Olympiad Chairman, and helped draft and pass the legislation behind Arizona's first blackout license plate, which has generated more than $700,000 for children's causes to date.
