Stage 2
Once the strategy is set, Clayton coordinates everything that needs to happen before the home goes live. Staging consultation, contractor and repair coordination, professional architectural photography, cinematic listing and lifestyle film, drone aerial work, 3D Matterport walkthrough, copywriting, and a custom property website. Most pre-listing programs run two to four weeks; longer if the home needs significant prep. Nothing is rushed to market before it is ready to perform.
Stage 3
The launch is coordinated, not casual. The home is published to the MLS, syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com, WSJ Real Estate, JamesEdition, Mansion Global, Luxury Portfolio International, and The Agency's global network reaching more than 600 broker offices in over 50 countries.
